The Developer
Windsor Lakes is being developed by Robert Myers, a native Bahamian, and Michael Huttman, a Bahamian resident. They discovered the site in late 2021 and began working on a land use plan in early 2022.
Robbie, as he’s affectionately called, is a shareholder in a number of local businesses including Capstone Homes and Bahama Island Homes, having built over $300 million in luxury real estate in Albany, Ocean Club Estates, Lyford Cay, and Kamalame Cay.

Windsor Lakes will offer owners unique lakeside living in a secure community, with a number of wonderful lifestyle amenities, within close proximity to the out-island feel of Adelaide Village, a quiet, yet rapidly growing southwestern neighborhood of New Providence.
